The February and MARCH clinics are 6 hours of technical instruction covering detailed drill work and lots of throws with feedback for the Shot-Discus-Hammer throw. Includes intro to weight training for the throws. REGISTRATION FORMS ARE LISTED BELOW.
Weekday practice sessions are estimated 3 hours long 5pm - 8pm covering technical instruction for the Shot, Discus and Hammer throw. Does not include weight training.
THE online distance training option is a way for athletes to be a part of a championship program without being at the facility. We have seen multiple athletes become champions who earned scholarships at the division one level through this distance training option. It's a way for myself along with the athlete & parent coach to build a successful team. We have found this to be a very rewarding and enjoyable approach to learning and training the throws. The MAY, JUNE & JULY ARE SEPARATE TWO DAY TECHNICAL CLINICS from 9am - 4pm on the first day and 9am - noon on the second day covering detailed technical instruction for the Shot-Discus-Hammer throw. Includes intro to weight training for the throws.
Evening Practice Sessions are estimated 3.5 hours long focusing on technical training for two events daily. Shot or Discus and Hammer throw followed by a full Strength & Conditioning program minimum twice a week. This is your college bound group of athletes.
